About the Practice

When a patient becomes a member of Dr. Wylie’s practice, he or she also becomes a member of ModernMed, an organization supporting physicians and patients through enhanced services for primary care.

Every member of Dr. Wylie’s practice is entitled to the following:

• Extended patient visits
  • Routine appointments usually 30 – 60 minutes
  • Annual comprehensive preventative exams generally 60 minutes
• 24/7 access to physician via cell phone/email
• Secure on-line access to medical records
• Same day/next day appointments
• Minimal wait time
• Home/Office visits (as needed)
• Sports Medicine
• Urgent Care
