About the Practice

When a patient becomes a member of Dr. Warshaw ’s practice, he or she also becomes a member of ModernMed, an organization supporting physicians and patients through enhanced services for primary care.

Every member of Dr. Warshaw ’s practice is entitled to the following:

• Extended patient visits
  • Routine appointments usually 30 – 60 minutes
  • Annual comprehensive preventative exams generally 60 minutes
• Direct access to physician via cell phone or electronic messaging
• 24/7 availability and access
• Same day/next day appointments with Dr. Warshaw
• Home/office visits when necessary
• Diabetes education and management
• Heart Disease prevention and treatment
• Weight Management: "A Sane Approach"
• Specialist "coordination of care"
