About the Practice

Dr. Ken Redcross’ patients experience a very unique type of care. Their doctor is not an abstract, distant person with whom they rarely have contact. They don’t feel awkward about asking too many questions because their doctor always seems busy or in a rush. Dr. Redcross is committed to ensuring that his patients never have these experiences, which is why he left the traditional practice of medicine and started Redcross Concierge. While treatment of the patient is of utmost importance, knowing the patient is imperative, as it is this professional connection between patient and doctor that allows for the individualized care Dr. Redcross is passionate about providing.

As Dr. Redcross’ patient, you will never feel rushed, ignored or dismissed. You will never wonder whether or not you are imposing or bothering him with questions you may feel are unimportant. You won’t ever experience the feeling of being one of hundreds, without a name or a face. As his patient, you will finally receive the care you deserve. After greeting you with a warm welcome, Dr. Redcross will spend no less than 30 minutes getting to know you personally, as well as learning your medical history, listening to your concerns, and identifying where you should be health wise.
