Retainer medicine practices, where patients pay a defined fee for services over an established period of time, have become increasingly popular and provide physicians with several benefits over traditional practice models. Retainer medicine practices come in two distinct forms:

• the defined fee covers certain medical and non-medical services not covered by Medicare or by insurance

  • Provide your Patient Advocate who serves as a dedicated customer service representative for the employees
  • Provide your Corporate Advocate who serves as the company's dedicated customer service representative

• If available, ModernMed will facilitate the integration of your employees into an existing ModernMed practice located in your area.
• If you do not have enough employees to create a full practice, you and your employees can still enjoy all of the benefits of the ModernMed practice by joining an existing practice.

• Should you decide to partner with ModernMed and utilize one of our practice models, ModernMed can then provide you with advice regarding your health benefit plans.
• While ModernMed is not an insurance company and does not offer insurance of any kind, we are familiar with the process and options facing corporations today, particularly consumer-driven or high-deductible options. We can provide expert advice at no additional charge.
